- More than 10 million Russians watched the Victory Day Parade live from digital screens

On the day of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, the Izvestia News Center, together with the MAER media holding, conducted an annual broadcast of the Victory Day Parade on Red Square. The solemn parade and captions with key information in real time were seen by over 10 million people across Russia.
The live broadcast was available on digital screens and media facades in Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and other major cities of the country. Comments and important facts of what was happening were synchronously broadcast on all digital surfaces, creating the effect of total immersion in the event. The total number of viewers of the live broadcast has reached about 10 million, and the total number of views, including repeats, is more than 40 million.
"Cooperation with the IYER on Victory Day is becoming a good tradition. For the second year in a row, our holdings have been uniting so that everyone can become a part of this solemn event. And every year the broadcast becomes more technologically advanced and more convenient. This time, Izvestia's editorial staff accompanied what was happening on Red Square with live credits – so millions of viewers could not only see, but also read important information about the Victory Day Parade," the editorial staff of the TV channel noted.
"Our task is to make every citizen of the country from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok feel like a part of this great event. The parade is a link between generations that unites the whole country through technology in an effort to preserve our historical memory," said Konstantin Mayor, founder and CEO of the MAER media holding.
