ABC: Qatar wants to give Trump a Boeing 747-8 jet

The administration of US President Donald Trump is preparing to accept a Boeing 747-8 aircraft as a gift from the royal family of Qatar. This was reported by ABC TV channel, citing sources.

According to journalists, the aircraft may be handed over to the American side as early as next week. The publication notes that this could be "the most valuable gift ever given to the United States by a foreign government."

However, according to Politico, Qatar denied that the transfer of the Boeing 747-8 aircraft to Trump would take place this week.

"Possible transfer of the aircraft <..."It is currently being considered between the Ministry of Defense of Qatar and the United States, but this issue is still under consideration by the relevant legal departments, and no decision has been made," Ali Al—Ansari, Qatar's media attache to the United States, told Politico.
