Maria Oznobikhina, the financial manager of blogger Elena Blinovskaya, demanded that the Moscow Arbitration Court take away real estate in the capital from her children. Izvestia reviewed the relevant document on May 12.

According to the ruling of the Arbitration Court, in 2020 Blinovskaya's father Oleg Ostanin signed a donation agreement for an apartment in a residential complex on Serpukhovsky Val in favor of his grandchildren. Oznobikhin asked the court to invalidate the deal and assert ownership of the blogger.

It is clarified that the manager also asked "to invalidate the contracts for participation in shared construction and the purchase and sale of an apartment in Khimki, the contract for the transfer of living space to common (joint, shared) ownership of an apartment in Yaroslavl, the contract for the sale of an apartment on Shabolovka, the contracts for the sale of a parking space on Serpukhovsky Val and a garage."boxing in Moscow and other deals."

On April 9, the Moscow Arbitration Court recognized the common debts of blogger Elena Blinovskaya and her husband Alexei. According to the judge's ruling, the "marathon queen" and her husband will have to jointly incur obligations to VTB Bank in the amount of more than 168 million rubles.
