A criminal case has been opened in Dagestan over the disappearance of a three-year-old child in the Tsuntinsky district. This was reported on May 12 in the press service of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the republic.

According to the investigation, on May 11, the child went out to ride a bicycle, but after that he never returned home.

"The Khunzakh interdistrict investigative Department of the SU IC of Russia for the Republic of Dagestan has opened a criminal case into the disappearance of a three—year-old child in the village of Bezhta in the Tsunta district (paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the department's Telegram channel says.

At the moment, search operations are underway with the participation of the police, the rescue service and local residents. The investigators are also establishing the circumstances of the incident.

On April 24, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Moscow opened a criminal case into the disappearance of a seven-year-old boy. At the same time, it was later possible to establish the child's whereabouts. He was taken to a unit of the metropolitan Investigative Committee.
