The duration of the curfew has been reduced in the Zaporozhye region


The curfew in the Zaporizhia region will be in effect from 23:00 to 05:00. This was announced by the governor of the region Evgeny Balitsky in the Telegram channel.
Previously, this regime was in effect in the region from 22:00 to 5:00.
"From May 12, 2025, the curfew regime in the territory of the Zaporozhye region will be in effect from 23:00 to 05:00, that is, its duration will be reduced by one hour," the publication says.
At the same time, restrictions are not imposed on the M-14 Odessa — Melitopol — Novoazovsk roads from the city of Melitopol to the border between the Zaporizhia region and the Donetsk People's Republic and on the M-18 Kharkiv—Simferopol—Yalta roads from the city of Melitopol to the border between the Zaporizhia and Kherson regions.
In addition, it is specified that the measure will not apply to vehicles passing through the Azov Ring.
Earlier, on May 7, the high-voltage Ferroalloy-1 line, which provided for the needs of the station, was turned off at the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP). At the same time, no violations of safety conditions were recorded. In addition, it was clarified that the nuclear power plant's own needs are powered by the 750 kV Dneprovskaya line.
