Sobyanin congratulated nurses on their professional holiday

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin congratulated the nurses and nurses on their professional holiday and thanked them for their hard work and professionalism.

"Each of you helps dozens of people a day, performs hundreds of procedures, and communicates with patients more often than a doctor. This requires not only professional knowledge, but also attention, patience, and empathy," Sobyanin wrote on his Telegram.

In honor of the International Nurse's Day on May 12, a series of festive events will be held in the capital. White hearts, a symbol of nursing, will appear in a number of metropolitan locations (VDNH, Gorky Park, N.V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Medicine). In these places, residents of the city will be able to sign postcards with words of gratitude to medical specialists. In addition, animated media facades with photos of nurses will appear in different parts of the city.
