A woman was injured in a UAV attack on a car in the Belgorod region.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) struck a moving car with an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in the Belgorod region, a woman was injured. This was announced on May 11 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"A civilian was injured on the Krasny Oktyabr — Bessonovka highway section of the Belgorod region as a result of an attack by an APU drone," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

It is specified that the victim has multiple blind shrapnel wounds to her arms and legs. She will receive the necessary medical care in the hospital. In addition, according to Gladkov, the car has broken windows and the body is damaged.

Earlier in the day, two women received shrapnel wounds and incised wounds during a UAV attack on the village of Guevo in the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region.
