In Ukraine, a man was beaten by a military commissar during a document check.

In Kharkiv, an employee of the shopping mall (a territorial recruitment center, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) beat a military man while his documents were being checked. This was reported on May 11 by the local newspaper Strana.ua" in the Telegram channel.

"An employee of the shopping mall punched the guy twice in the stomach while the second military commissar was checking the documents," the publication says.

As reported by "Strana.ua", five employees of the shopping mall were caught on video with this incident, while there are no policemen nearby. It is specified that the footage was shot in Kharkov.
