Two women were injured due to the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on the village of Guevo in the Kursk region.

Two women were injured as a result of an attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the village of Guevo in the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region. This was announced on May 11 by the acting governor of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.

"Yesterday, despite the truce previously announced by Russia, the enemy launched a drone strike on the village of Guevo, Sudzha district. At that moment, three local women were being taken out of the village. As a result of the attack, two women born in 1949 and 1950 were injured," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the victims received shrapnel wounds and incised wounds, they were taken to the Kursk regional hospital. As the head of the region noted, their lives are not in danger.

On May 9, Khinstein reported that Ukrainian militants had attacked the village of Zvannoye in the Kursk region. As a result of the shelling, a 65-year-old man was injured and taken to the hospital.
