The alleged organizer of illegal races in Angarsk, Irkutsk region, was identified, as a result of one of which a girl was killed and two people were injured. This was announced on May 11 by the Department of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.

According to preliminary data, the coordinator of the event turned out to be a local resident.

"Currently, the police have taken the woman to the investigative authorities to give evidence," the Telegram channel says.

An inspection is underway in connection with the incident.

It became known about the rider hitting people in the Irkutsk region on the same day. As a result of the incident, a 17-year-old girl suffered life-threatening injuries. Two people were also injured. A criminal case has been opened on this fact under Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of traffic rules"), Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements").
