An earthquake of magnitude 3.8 was recorded in the Todzhinsky district of the Republic of Tyva. This was reported on May 11 in the press service of the main directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the republic.

"At 08:58 [04:58 Moscow time], a magnitude 3.8 seismic event was registered 65 km south of the village of Adyr-Kezhig in the Todzha district," the agency said in a message on its Telegram channel.

It is specified that the tremors were not felt on the surface, there were no calls from residents. The facilities located in the epicenter of the earthquake continued to operate normally.

On May 2, an earthquake of magnitude 4.3 occurred in the Republic of Dagestan. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic clarified that it occurred at a depth of 10 km, there were no tremors on the surface, and there were no casualties or damage.
