In the Kaluga Region, law enforcement officers identified the children who desecrated the symbol of Russia's military glory, the flag with the St. George ribbon. This was reported on May 10 in the press service of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Kaluga region.

"During the monitoring of the Internet, it was found that in Obninsk, minors committed acts desecrating the St. George ribbon installed on one of the houses in the form of a flag," the Telegram channel of the regional department said.

Police and Federal Security Service (FSB) officers identified the minors.

"They and their parents have been transferred to the investigative authorities for carrying out the necessary procedural actions," the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs concluded.
