The media reported on the plan of Western countries to end the Ukrainian conflict

The United States, Europe and Ukraine have developed a plan that outlines 22 conditions for resolving the Ukrainian conflict. This was reported on May 10 by NBC TV channel, citing sources.
"American, European and Ukrainian negotiators have drawn up a 'list of conditions' with 22 proposals, including a 30-day cease—fire," NBC quoted one Western official as saying.
In addition, the channel notes that the plan will meet one of the key requirements of Russia.: The United States will not support Ukraine's accession to NATO. According to NBC, the special envoy of the President of the United States, Stephen Witkoff, plans to present this document to Russian President Vladimir Putin, but it is not specified exactly when.
Earlier, on May 9, Witkoff announced that he had established contact with Putin on the personal instructions of the head of the White House. He stressed that dialogue with key parties to the conflict and face-to-face meetings without intermediaries are important.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on May 10 that the Russian leader was doing everything possible to achieve a peaceful and diplomatic settlement of the conflict, but Kiev was not ready for immediate negotiations.
