The law on silence applies not only in urban apartments, but also in suburban suburban areas. This was reported on May 10 in Roskachestvo.

The ministry clarified that the sources of noise include loud conversations, whistling, music, fireworks, repair work and barking of pets.

Each region may have its own rules: for example, in the Moscow region and the Leningrad region, it is forbidden to make noise from 22:00 to 10:00 on weekends and holidays, and on weekdays from 21:00 to 08:00.

"An administrative penalty in the form of a fine may be imposed for a violation. In the Moscow region, the amount is up to 3 thousand rubles, in the Leningrad region — up to 2 thousand," Roskachestvo told RT.

It is noted that at the first violation, law enforcement officers may limit themselves to a warning, but in case of repeated complaints, the fine may increase.

Igor Pozdnyakov, Director of the Consumer Protection Department of Roskachestvo, warned on May 3 about fines for growing certain types of plants in the country. He clarified that the list of banned plants includes banisteriopsis kaapi, harmala, blue lotus, cat, tricolor ipomoea, Hawaiian rose, mimosa hostilis and others. It is forbidden to grow species containing narcotic compounds from mushrooms.
