The Immortal Regiment campaign was held in Canada

Participants of the Immortal Regiment action, held in Ottawa, Canada, marched with photos of their veteran relatives. A video from the scene is published on May 10 by Izvestia.

Participants of the action of the Russian Ottawa movement also sang songs of the war years and laid flowers at the monument to the fallen Soviet soldiers. The residents of Ottawa took with them Soviet and Russian flags, elements of military uniforms from the Great Patriotic War.

It is reported that pro-Ukrainian activists with loudspeakers and flags tried to disrupt the rally in Ottawa, but the marchers responded by shouting: "Happy Victory Day! Hurrah!".
