Kulikov's transfer helped Florida beat Toronto in the NHL playoffs.

The Florida Panthers defeated HC Toronto Maple Leafs in the third match of the second round of the National Hockey League (NHL) playoffs. The match took place on May 9 and ended with a 5-4 victory for Florida.

Forwards Alexander Barkov (8th minute), Sam Rinehart (25th minute), Carter Verage (26th minute), Jonah Gadzovic (36th minute) and Brad Marchand (76th minute) scored for the American team. Forwards Matt Neese (1) and John Tavares (6, 23), as well as defenseman Morgan Reilly (51) scored goals for the losers.

Russian goalkeeper of "Florida" Sergey Bobrovsky deflected 27 shots out of 31. Defender of the team from Florida Dmitry Kulikov scored an assist, as well as five power plays.

The next meeting of the teams will be held on May 12 in Sunrise, Florida, USA.
