In the center of the Austrian capital, Vienna, residents who celebrated the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WWII) turned on the song "Bring back the Memory" performed by Elena Sever. This was announced on May 9 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
"The center of Vienna. They turned on the recordings of "Return the memory" performed by Elena Sever," Zakharova said in a Telegram channel message.
The video attached to the post of the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shows how people with flags of the USSR and portraits of WWII participants celebrate the holiday.
On May 9, residents of Georgia took to the streets of Tbilisi for the "Immortal Regiment" rally. At an event dedicated to Victory Day, Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili stressed that this day was and remains the Day of the Great Victory. After the official part, the participants of the action went to the monument of Hero of the Soviet Union Meliton Kantaria, where they laid flowers at the memorial.
