The reprint of the newspaper Izvestia dated May 9, 1945 made a strong impression on Colombian journalists, becoming for them a valuable testimony of the historical era.
"We can take it home and show it to our family or friends at home. It would be interesting to remember something, or at least to find out how the Russian people felt or what was in the newspaper that day, as it was presented in the newspapers," said journalist Alla Ibrahim.

Colombian journalist Sara Lopez Henao stressed that this newspaper will allow her to travel back to the era when it was published.
