Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov attends the parade in honor of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. He is dressed in a formal black suit.

The head of the Ministry of Defense drove into Red Square in an open executive car.

The parade is commanded by the Commander-in-Chief of the Ground Forces, Army General Oleg Salyukov. They make a detour and greet the parade squads lined up on the square.
