The President of Turkmenistan arrived in Moscow to participate in the Victory Day events

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov arrived in Moscow on May 9 to take part in events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WWII). Izvestia publishes footage of his arrival at the airport.

Last year, Berdimuhamedov took part in the celebrations in honor of the 79th anniversary of the Victory as an honorary guest.

On May 8, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico also arrived in the Russian capital to participate in events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. Later, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, who arrived in Moscow a day earlier, posted a video of him shaking hands with Fico in front of the Kremlin.

On the same day, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko arrived in Moscow. The Belarusian leader will attend a military parade on May 9 on Red Square. President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also arrived in the capital of the Russian Federation.
