Police arrested teenagers for riding a scooter in a Crocus

Police officers identified two teenagers, one of whom was riding an electric scooter through the Crocus City Hall concert hall, which was damaged by fire, and the other was filming it. This was announced on May 8 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.

"My colleagues from the Moscow region identified the teenagers who committed hooligan acts in the city of Krasnogorsk. During the monitoring of the Internet, police officers revealed a video recording showing a young man on an electric scooter riding through the territory of a concert hall damaged by fire, located in the city of Krasnogorsk," a message on her Telegram channel says.

It is specified that as a result of the events, police officers identified two teenagers born in 2009. They have now been taken to the investigative authorities, who will make a procedural decision.
