Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico arrived in Moscow on May 8 to participate in events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War.

It is noted that his plane landed at Vnukovo airport. In addition, Fico is expected to hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin during his visit.

On the eve it became known that a special aircraft of the Slovak government with Fico on board was banned from flying over the territories of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia for the participation of the Slovak delegation in the celebration of Victory Day.
