The Russian Ministry of Transport, the Federal Air Transport Agency and Turkish Airlines have agreed to resume flights in full from May 9. This was announced on May 8 by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.

"The Ministry of Transport, the Federal Air Transport Agency and Turkish Airlines have agreed to resume the full flight program between Turkey and Russia from Friday, May 9," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to him, the airline is currently considering the possibility of adding additional flights to its schedule for May 9.

Earlier that day, Turkish Airlines cancelled all flights to Russia. It was clarified that this applies to flights from cities such as Antalya, Dalaman and Bodrum.

Later, the Federal Air Transport Agency reported that the stabilization of flights of foreign airlines due to delays at Russian airports is expected in the near future.
