Airlines have stabilized transportation in the regions of Russia. This was announced on May 8 by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.

"The situation at Russian airports has been stabilized after forced schedule adjustments at airports in the Moscow region due to time restrictions on aircraft admission and release," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

Currently, there are no crowds of citizens at most airports. However, due to the late arrival of planes, there are still flight delays of more than two hours at some airports.

Korenyako added that now more than 2 thousand people are waiting for their flights from the airports of Samara, Ufa and Yekaterinburg.

Earlier in the day, the Federal Air Transport Agency reported that the stabilization of flights of foreign airlines due to delays at Russian airports is expected in the near future. It was clarified that, taking into account the situation with the flight schedule at the airports of the Moscow region, the previously introduced NOTAM was canceled to limit the use of St. Petersburg Pulkovo as a replacement airport.
