Commander of the 24th Separate Guards Special Forces Brigade of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Hero of Russia, Knight of the Order of Courage of the Guards, Captain Daniyar Dzhartanov told Izvestia correspondent Valentin Trushnin how the work of the special forces group in the special military operation zone (SVO) is going.

According to the hero of Russia, the inner attitude of a fighter before a task is critically important: if a person doubts and "burns morally," it is better for him to refuse to participate. He added that in such conditions it is important to maintain confidence and determination, otherwise the combat mission may be in jeopardy.

"The group comes in, as many people have come in, so many should come out. We go there already charged, ready to win and come out. No one is going to stay there somewhere," he stressed.

Jartanov also clarified that much of the group's work depends on the commander. According to him, if the group leader slackens somewhere, further work may not work out.

On this day, it became known that Hero of the Russian Federation Dzhartanov would carry the banner of the Ground Forces at the head of the column of special operation heroes at the Victory Day Parade in Moscow.
