President of Ethiopia Taye Atsuke-Selassie flew to Moscow to participate in the celebrations dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WWII). This was reported on May 8 by a TASS correspondent.

The Ethiopian Embassy in Russia announced that he would take part in the celebration on May 7. In addition, Atske-Selassie will participate in an official dinner on May 8 and breakfast with Russian President Vladimir Putin on May 9.
