Artists of the front-line brigade of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Central Military District performed a concert program and congratulated the residents of the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) on the anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War as part of the Victory March campaign. This was announced on May 8 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

As part of the campaign, the creative team visited several settlements, including the villages of Blagoe and Zimogorye, where performances took place on an improvised stage from the back of a military truck. The artists paid special attention to the WWII veteran Alexander Baskakov. The artists, together with representatives of the LPR administration, organized a personal concert for him in the courtyard of the house, handing him a memorable address from the commander of the Center group of troops.

In each locality, the program began with a performance by the children's band "Neposedy", who, together with professional artists, performed military songs – "Victory Day", "Katyusha" and other famous compositions. The villagers warmly welcomed the artists, actively sang along and thanked them for preserving the memory of the heroic deed of the Soviet people.

"Well done for singing such songs. This inspires us, and we believe in victory," said local resident Peter Kovalev.

The Victory March campaign will continue until May 9, covering all new settlements of the LPR. These concerts not only bring joy to the residents, but also strengthen the bond between generations, recalling the heroic past and the importance of preserving historical memory.

On April 27, the Ministry of Defense said that the ensemble performed a concert program for the assault units of the 90th Guards Tank Division of the Center group of forces in the rear area of the special military operation. The program included musical compositions that the audience had already loved, as well as songs from a new repertoire. The servicemen enjoyed the hits of the bands Lube and Kino, Sergei Trofimov and other Russian performers.
