Sobyanin announced the elimination of two more drones on approach to Moscow

The air defense forces repelled an attack by two more Ukrainian drones flying towards Moscow. This was announced on May 7 by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.

"Emergency services specialists are working at the crash site," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Earlier in the day, Sobyanin had already reported on the destruction of a drone flying towards Moscow.

The new weapons are machine guns or submachine guns mounted on special turrets.

On the same day, the governor of the Kostroma Region, Sergey Sitnikov, announced that a drone attack attempt had been repelled and urged citizens to contact emergency services if debris was found.
