Two people were killed and three injured in an accident in the Kirov region.

Two cars collided in the Kirov region, killing two people and injuring three others. This was announced on May 7 by the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the region.

"In the Nolinsky district, on 149 km of the Kirov—Malmyzh — Vyatsky Polyany highway, a collision between VAZ –2110 and Haval cars occurred," the VKontakte social network said.

It is noted that the 22-year-old driver and the 18-year-old passenger of the VAZ car were killed, the driver and two minor passengers of the Haval car were injured.

An inspection is currently underway, and all the circumstances of the incident are being established.
