Alexander Kharlamov was appointed General Director of HC Lada


Alexander Kharlamov has been appointed General Director of the Tolyatti hockey club (HC) of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) Lada. This was announced on May 7 by the club's press service on its website.
"Today, on May 7, Alexander Kharlamov was confirmed as the general director of the club," the message says.
Since February 2025, the position has been held by Igor Povarov since February 2025.
It is noted that Kharlamov held a similar position in the Nizhny Novgorod club Torpedo since 2019, before that he worked in the leadership of CSKA.
Earlier, on April 30, Alexander Kharlamov resigned as CEO of Nizhny Novgorod hockey club Torpedo due to the expiration of his contract. He expressed gratitude to the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin, the government of the region, partners, coaches, players and staff of the club, as well as fans. Torpedo, in turn, thanked the head for his contribution to the club's development.
