A modern spa center will be opened in Sevastopol.

A modern SPA center with an area of almost 9 square meters is planned to be built in the Leninsky district of Sevastopol. The draft layout of the facility is presented on the website of the Government of Crimea.

The complex may appear on Streletsky Descent, on the site of an unfinished ice rink. The unfinished building was bought by Aquasport for 95 million rubles with a starting lot price of 50 million rubles, writes IA SevastopolMedia.

The documents indicate that the project can be implemented on 8.72 thousand square meters of land. The entertainment facility will feature a swimming pool, saunas, slides, medical rooms and a food court. They want to place all these benefits on 4 thousand square meters. It is expected that about 2 thousand people will visit the center daily.

The Aquasport project must undergo an anti-corruption examination by May 11. Public hearings on the topic, announced by the Department of Architecture, should be completed by May 16. In other words, it is possible to wait for the final decision on the construction of the facility by the beginning of summer.

Earlier it was reported that Sevastopol will abandon the use of some foreign words on signage. The new form of the plates was approved by the Department of Architecture.
