Finnish Air Force fighter jet crashed in Lapland region

The fighter jet, which belonged to the Finnish Air Force, crashed in Lapland. This was reported on May 7 by the Reuters news agency, citing the Finnish Air Force.

"The F/A-18 Hornet fighter crashed to the ground near Rovaniemi airport," the publication says.

It is specified that the pilot managed to eject. He was later taken to a medical facility.
