Participants of the Time of Heroes program will take part in SPIEF 2025

The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which will be held from June 18 to 21, 2025, will be attended by participants of the first stream of the All-Russian program "Time of Heroes". In the year of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, one of the country's main business venues will feature those who daily show civic courage and dedication to the Fatherland – participants in a special military operation, including those who are already realizing themselves in new positions in civilian areas.

The Time of Heroes program is being implemented on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin by the RANHIGS Higher School of Public Administration on the basis of the Senezh Management Workshop. Its purpose is to train highly qualified, competent managers from among ITS participants for subsequent work in state and municipal authorities, as well as in state–owned companies and development institutions.

The program participants are trained in modern management methods and technologies, develop leadership skills and teamwork skills. Their mentors were the heads of the Presidential Administration and the Government of the Russian Federation, federal ministries and departments, heads of regions and major Russian companies.

Anton Kobyakov, Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the SPIEF Organizing Committee, emphasized the importance of the participation of new heroes in the Forum:

"Today, more than ever, it is important to talk about patriotism not only as a feeling, but as an action. The Time of Heroes program demonstrates that patriotism manifests itself in concrete actions: in service, in salvation, in help, and in creation. The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is a space where such examples are especially significant. We are pleased to welcome Russian citizens enrolled in the first stream of the program among the participants of the Forum."

Among the participants invited to SPIEF 2025 are military personnel and volunteers, including those who have already taken up new positions in federal and regional authorities, state corporations, and the system of education and patriotic work with youth.

The Roscongress Foundation has traditionally supported initiatives aimed at developing human capital, forming new generation leaders, and strengthening the humanitarian component of major business events. The participation of representatives of the Time of Heroes program will become an important part of the SPIEF 2025 communication platform.
