An administrative building caught fire in Ufa


In Ufa, an administrative building on an area of 600 square meters caught fire. On May 7, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia reported.
It is noted that 65 people and 20 pieces of equipment are involved in extinguishing the fire. The ministry clarified that a helicopter has also been deployed to eliminate the fire, and about 10 tons of water have already been dropped.
In addition, 10 units of the gas and smoke protection service operate inside the building. At the moment, there is no information about the victims.
Earlier that day, four people were injured in a fire at a processing plant in the Yakut city of Neryungri. At the same time, the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia opened a criminal case on safety violations under Part 1 of Article 217 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of industrial safety requirements for hazardous production facilities, which negligently caused serious harm to human health").
