More than 30 monuments were repaired in Khimki near Moscow

Monument repairs are being completed in Khimki near Moscow. The memorials are being put in order in all the microdistricts of the city by specialists of the United Urban Economy.

As the press service of the district administration told the Podmoskovye Segodnya online publication, monuments and memorials are cleaned of dust and dirt, fresh paint is applied, and chips are removed. The territories adjacent to the facilities are being landscaped, granite tiles are being changed, and paths are being put in order.

The work should be completed in the next two days. At the moment, the renovation of 34 facilities has been fully completed. Construction work has been completed on 43 monuments, and 18 more are in the final stages.

Earlier it was reported that the monument "Feat of Mercy", installed in Khimki near Moscow, was included in the limited festive collection of Strelka cards for Victory Day. It was released in an edition of 19.5 thousand copies.
