Landscaping works have begun in the center of Krasnoyarsk

Landscaping works have begun in the center of Krasnoyarsk in preparation for the 400th anniversary of the city. There are plans to renovate 15 cross streets, four of them in the current season, the press service of the Mayor's office reported on Monday, May 7.

Work is currently underway at Karatanova, where a contractor is dismantling outdoor furniture and side stones. Paving stones and benches will be used in the renovation of other sites.

In the near future, workers will enter the streets of Perenson and Dzerzhinsky. Archaeologists will work in front of the builders, since the sites are located in a special historical zone, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency.

The landscaping projects were developed by the architects of the Projectdevelopment workshop. They conducted a serious study, which included, among other things, surveys of citizens and observations.

All streets will be decorated in the same style. Their appearance will be similar to Red Army Street. The streets will become comfortable for walking, safe and convenient for all groups of the population.
