The Kremlin pointed to the ongoing policy of Russophobia in the EU

The policy of Russophobia continues in the European Union, which extends to their European partners. This was announced on May 7 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"These countries continue their absurd policy of Russophobia. Moreover, they project this policy even on their colleagues in Europe, on European affairs," he said at a briefing, commenting on the EU ban on flights of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico to Russia.
Peskov added that such actions indicate the growing contradictions within the EU.
