The center employs psychologists and psychotherapists, lawyers, social coordinators, specialists in rehabilitation, adaptation, socialization, and career counselors. "Assistance is provided through the interaction of all city services and departments — seamlessly, according to a single algorithm," Sobyanin said.

Medical care and rehabilitation services are provided to the participants of the SVO at the Outpatient Medical Care Center of the Hospital for War Veterans No. 3. In addition, a closed-cycle medical and prosthetic and orthopedic care system has been established on the basis of the Voronovskoye MMCC.
