The media allowed an increase in HIMARS losses in the Armed Forces of Ukraine due to Russian FPV drones

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) will lose even more multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) HIMARS due to the work of Russian FPV drones. This was reported on May 6 by Forbes magazine.

According to Forbes, a few days ago, a Russian drone unit used a jam-proof drone to destroy one of the wheeled launchers of the highly mobile HIMARS artillery missile systems.

It is reported that this is the fourth American-made HIMARS that has been disabled by Russian troops. And although the Ukrainians are not running out of HIMARS stocks — there are about three dozen left — the rate of losses may increase as the best Russian drones strike deeper behind the front line.

On May 6, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Russian Armed Forces had destroyed American-made MLRS HIMARS in the Donetsk area in the special operation zone for the protection of Donbass.
