Employees of the Federal Security Service (FSB) detained three people from Ukraine who, on instructions from Kiev, were going to set off an explosion at the monument to the T-34 Tank in Kakhovka, Kherson region, during a rally. This was announced on May 7 by the FSB's Public Relations Center.
