Inter reached the final of the UEFA Champions League


The Italian football club Inter beat the Spanish FC Barcelona in the second leg of the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League 2024/2025 on May 7, thereby securing a place in the final of the tournament.
The match ended with a score of 3:3 in the main time of the match, however, in extra time, Inter midfielder Davide Frattesi brought the winning goal to the team.
In regular time, striker Lautaro Martinez, midfielder Hakan Chalhanoglu (from the penalty spot), and defender Francesco Acerbi scored goals for the Milan club.
Inter will play in the Champions League final for the second time in three years, Sport-Express clarifies. On the field, the team will face the winner of the match between PSG and Arsenal, which will take place on May 7.
Earlier, on May 1, Manchester United defeated Spanish Athletic in the first leg of the Europa League semi-final. The match took place in Bilbao and ended with a score of 3:0.
