According to the source, the failure occurred for reasons beyond the control of the mobile operator.

"When the mobile connection is lost, passengers are temporarily unable to order a taxi or face the fact that there are no cars nearby — not all drivers can get on the line and take an order. If it is not possible to order a taxi, we recommend using public transport or waiting for the connection to be restored," the company's press service said.
