The Social Fund named the average amount of social security payments in Russia due to pension savings

The average amount of social benefits for Russians from pension savings in 2025 amounted to just over 1.6 thousand rubles per month. This was reported on May 7 by RIA Novosti with reference to data from the Social Fund of the Russian Federation.

It is specified that in Russia the average rate of such payments is 1,667.48 rubles per month as of January 1, 2025.

On May 6, it was reported that, according to the Social Fund of the Russian Federation, the average amount of social benefits for Russian pensioners in 2025 is just over 23 thousand rubles per month. It was clarified that more than 41 million pensioners are registered with the organization, while more than 33 million people receive old-age insurance payments, over 2.1 million for disability, and about 1.5 million people due to loss of a breadwinner.
