Municipal equipment in Moscow was decorated in honor of Victory Day

By Victory Day, specialists of the municipal economy complex painted municipal equipment in Moscow. This was announced on Tuesday, May 6, by the Deputy Mayor of the capital for Housing and Communal Services and landscaping, Peter Biryukov.

In total, more than 19 thousand cars were decorated, including road repair equipment, irrigation washing machines, vacuum sweepers and sidewalk sweepers, emergency crews and rescue vehicles, hydraulic lifts, the Moscow City News agency reports.

According to Biryukov, themed holiday stickers were placed on the equipment. In addition, it was additionally decided to decorate 80 washing machines with decorative lighting elements with the inscription "Happy Victory Day!" and a five-pointed red star with the image of the monument "Motherland calls!" and the inscription "80 Victory!", the website writes. kp.ru .

The city itself was also decorated for the Great Victory Day, decorative elements and festive posters were placed, and themed decorative structures "Hero City of Moscow" were installed at the entrances to the city, Moscow 24 clarifies.
