Izvestia will broadcast the Victory Day Parade on the largest MAER street screens for the second time. Thanks to new technologies and the unique format of the TV channel, the screening of the parade on Red Square will become even more technologically advanced and convenient for viewers. Millions of people will be able not only to see, but also to read important information about what is happening at the parade in text captions. The format of the Izvestia broadcast is aimed at fast visual presentation of content, which allows you to watch it without sound anywhere and on any device," the Izvestia TV channel noted.

"Today our task is to preserve the memory of the feat of our grandfathers, to make it accessible to everyone. We have allocated a record amount of airtime to broadcast all projects. The Victory Day Parade will be shown in real time directly from outdoor televisions. To reach as many people as possible, we will also launch the most colorful replays of the Victory Day Parade for the whole day on May 9th. In total, the Great Victory project, launched from Izvestia News Center back in February, has provided over a billion views," said Konstantin Mayor, founder and CEO of the MAER media holding.

80 days before Victory Day, a unique video content from the Izvestia virtual museum, the Great Victory, appeared on the MAER media facades. Since February 19, residents of major Russian cities have been able to see some of the thematic materials dedicated to the victory in the Great Patriotic War on big screens. Every day, photos of WWII veterans and quotes from their stories appear on media facades, as well as 3D models of the legendary Victory weapon, symbolizing the might and strength of the Soviet Army. The digital project also includes a story about important dates and events that brought the Great Victory closer.

"In total, about 25 million people saw the Great Victory project in 82 days. We have allocated a record amount of airtime for this project, which will provide 1 billion views," added Konstantin Mayor.

The Victory Day Parade is scheduled to be broadcast on May 9 at 10:00 Moscow time.
