The prosecutor's office is conducting a check on the fact of cotton in an apartment building in the Sverdlovsk region.

The Prosecutor's office of the Sverdlovsk region organized an inspection in connection with cotton in an apartment building in the village of Bulanash in the Artemovsky district. This was announced on May 6 by the Telegram channel of the department.

According to preliminary data, the cause of the emergency was the clap of a water heater, which injured a girl born in 1996, who lives in a neighboring apartment.

"Two apartments were damaged in the house. Specialists will assess the stability of the house's structures after this incident," the prosecutor's office of the Sverdlovsk region said.

Upon the incident, an inspection of the observance of the housing rights of the residents of the house was organized.

The building was never put into operation, but people moved into it by court order.

A pop in a multi-storey building in the Sverdlovsk region, as a result of which a person was injured, became known earlier that day. Firefighters evacuated 96 people from the house, including 30 children, and 24 more residents were able to leave on their own.
