The war drama about the children's concentration camp "Blood Group" will be released on May 8. The creators tried to convey all the horrors faced by the prisoners of the so-called "orphanage" in Nazi official documents, located in the Leningrad region during the Great Patriotic War.

Underage boys and girls were starved, severely beaten, and forced to work, as well as kept as donors for German soldiers. The plot is based on the real events of November 1943.

Filming the film directed by Maxim Brius has become a real challenge for aspiring artists. So, one of the actresses, Eva Williams, said that she repeatedly took part in scenes where she had to run at night without outerwear. In the process of creating these fragments, the girl was very cold, which, in her opinion, made it possible to better convey the feelings that her peers really had to go through during those terrible years.

"It's important to know your history. It's one of the most important things these days. I am very glad that such films are being made, because they help preserve history and remind young people of it," said actor Andrei Rudyka.

On May 8, REN TV will premiere the sequel to the series "SMERSH 3". It will tell a fictional story about the upcoming assassination attempt on Stalin in 1944. It should be carried out by the defectors, the spouses of Tavrina and Shilov. In the story, a group of saboteurs are intercepted by Soviet counterintelligence agents and begin a radio game with German spies.
