On May 6, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the exploits of Russian military personnel in the area of a special military operation (SVO).

The ministry noted the merits of Junior Sergeant Sayin Khomushka, who, acting as part of a motorized rifle unit, performed the tasks of providing medical care to wounded Russian servicemen and transporting them to medical institutions.

The militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), seeking to occupy Russian positions, attempted an offensive. During one of the attacks, a junior sergeant, risking his own life, provided emergency medical care to two wounded Russian servicemen under artillery fire, after which he carried them to a safe place.

After the end of the battle, Khomushku loaded the wounded into a car and took them to a field medical hospital, where they received all the necessary assistance. Thanks to the selfless actions of the junior sergeant, the lives of the victims were saved.

In addition, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation drew attention to the actions of Junior Sergeant Alexei Oleinikov, who, during a special military operation, carried out tasks to organize stable and uninterrupted communications in the interests of the battalion tactical group of servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

During combat duty at one of the difficult sites, Oleynikov repaired an antenna device and a repeater damaged by the Ukrainian Armed Forces under artillery fire. Due to this damage, part of the main radio network of the Russian military has failed.

Thanks to the professional actions of the junior sergeant, all problems were eliminated, which contributed to the successful completion of the unit's tasks.
