SVR: European countries invited to Kiev resemble the Hitlerite coalition

The European countries that were invited to Kiev on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Victory are almost completely consistent with the Hitlerite coalition. This was announced on May 5 by the press bureau of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service.

The statement says that the cynicism of Europeans is compounded by the plans of the rulers of some European Union (EU) countries to accept the invitation of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to come to Kiev to participate in events "alternative" to the May 9 celebrations in Moscow.

The SVR also stressed that the decision of the authorities of the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) not to allow the ambassadors of the Russian Federation and Belarus to attend commemorative events throughout the country can be interpreted as pandering to the "adventurous initiatives of the neo-Nazi Kiev regime."

On April 30, the media reported that the Estonian Police and Border Guard Department had banned public demonstrations and marches, as well as demonstrations of symbols associated with the Russian Federation, on the eve of Victory Day.
