The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has opened a case against the Association of Arbitration Managers, the service reported on May 5.

"The service has identified signs of coordination of economic activity in the actions of PAU Garant. The FAS found that the organization's documents contain conditions restricting competition, according to which the members of the association are forced to conclude contracts exclusively with persons accredited by the association. The documents also establish disciplinary measures for the involvement of non—accredited organizations (specialists) providing services during bankruptcy procedures," the FAS said.

The Agency has opened a case on violation of antimonopoly legislation against the Association of Professional Arbitration Managers "Garant". If the organization's guilt is proven, it may be fined.

Earlier, the National Organization of Arbitration Managers, the Union of Arbitration Managers "Creation" and the Siberian Center for Crisis Management Experts were recognized as violators of antimonopoly legislation.

Earlier, on April 30, the FAS fined the National Non-Metallic Company for failure to provide information. It was reported that the organization did not provide information on the reasons for the increase in prices for crushed stone, contrary to the reasoned demand of the FAS of Russia. During the monitoring process, the service discovered an increase in prices for crushed stone of the M 1000 brand and contacted JSC NOC with a request to provide information on the cost of production, price changes and the reasons for their growth from the company's branches in the Novosibirsk region.
